2. Collection and storage of personal data and the nature and purpose of their use

If you have concluded a business contract with us, would like a quote from us or would like to receive information about our products or services, we process the following information from you:

- Company
- Title, first name, surname
- your address
- Telephone number, fax number
- e-mail address

This personal data is used to identify you as our business partner or interested party in order to be able to fulfill our contractual obligations or answer your inquiries. In addition, they are used for general correspondence with you, for invoicing, for project processing and for handling any liability claims as well as for asserting any claims against you.

3. Legal bases for processing

We process your data on the basis of the following legal bases in accordance with Art. 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

- Article 6(1)(a) GDPR: with your consent
- Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: for the performance or initiation of a contract
- Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR: for the fulfillment of legal obligations

4. Data transfer to third parties

We do not sell or lend any of your personal data. Data will only be transferred to third parties if this is necessary to process a legal transaction.

We also transfer data if there is a legal obligation to do so. This is the case if state institutions (e. g. law enforcement authorities) request information from us or if a court order has been issued.

The data will not be transferred to a third country (outside the EU) or an international organization.

5. Duration of storage

We treat your data confidentially.

In order to process the contracts concluded with you, your data will be stored until the end of the 6th calendar year after termination of the contract and then deleted. Exceptions to this are made if we are obliged to store your data for a longer period in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR due to tax or commercial law storage and documentation obligations.

Furthermore, we store your data in the context of quotation or product inquiries until you inform us or we determine that you are no longer interested in our products and/or services.

6. Rights of data subjects

You can obtain information from us at any time, free of charge, as to whether we have stored any of your personal data. If this is the case, you also have the right to request information about the data, its processing purpose, the recipients (in the case of data transfers) and its origin (in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR).

Furthermore, you have the right to rectification (pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR), the right to erasure (pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR), the right to restriction of processing (pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR) of your data and the right to data portability (pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR). You also have the right to revoke any consent you have given for use (in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR). In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR).

7. Automated decision-making/profiling

As a responsible company, we do not carry out any automated decision-making or profiling based on your personal data.
